Simon graduated in physiotherapy technology from Collège Montmorency in 2022. He then graduated in physiotherapy from Université de Montréal in 2026. He emphasizes advanced manual therapy in his clinical reasoning. It may help with neck pain, joint stiffness and certain musculoskeletal headaches.

He combines this expertise with movement analysis, sports physiotherapy and return to training. A CrossFit coach and competitor for more than 8 years, he also competed provincially in handball, track and field, and football. He has completed Half Ironman events. Therefore, he understands the demands of running, cycling, endurance and training-load management. His background also includes strength, power, gymnastics, Olympic lifting and multidirectional sports.

Simon assesses movement, mobility, stability, strength and load tolerance. He looks for factors that may contribute to pain. Then, he builds a progression based on the patient’s goals. He works with athletes, active people and older adults.

Simon is continuing the advanced manual therapy curriculum with AQPMA and has completed Level 2. He can also integrate spinal manipulation when appropriate within a broader treatment plan. He is also a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2) and a sports first responder.
