BIKE FIT – Cyclist Positioning Evaluation
Our bike fitting service is for all cyclists — from beginners to seasoned triathletes — looking to optimize performance, prevent injuries, or relieve ongoing discomfort.
The 2-hour evaluation includes:
- A discussion of your cycling history, past or present injuries, and goals
- Mobility, flexibility, and individual factor analysis (strength, motor control, etc.)
- Off-the-bike and on-the-bike biomechanical assessment
- Adjustments to saddle height and setback, cleat and handlebar positioning, pedal technique, training volume, and more
- Personalized recommendations and exercises to optimize comfort and efficiency
- Our approach is rooted in science, biomechanics, and the expertise of physiotherapists who specialize in movement and musculoskeletal injuries.
Biomechanical running evaluation
During your first visit, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your running, including your running history, goals, symptoms related to running, and your training program. We will then perform a detailed physical examination and a biomechanical analysis of your running technique, often filmed to show you your strengths and areas for improvement. This service is also available for injury prevention, and we can optimize your training plan for an upcoming event, such as a 5K race or even an ultra-trail race.

(ou BFR - Blood flow restriction)
L’entraînement avec restriction du flux sanguin (ou BFR pour Blood Flow Restriction) consiste à appliquer un bandage ou un brassard spécifique pour limiter partiellement le retour veineux tout en maintenant l’afflux artériel dans un membre pendant un exercice avec faible charge. Cette restriction crée un environnement hypoxique dans le muscle, stimulant ainsi l’hypertrophie et les gains de force comparables à ceux obtenus avec des charges lourdes. Le BFR est particulièrement utile après une chirurgie ou lors de la rééducation, lorsque les charges élevées sont contre-indiquées. Il permet de maintenir ou d’augmenter la masse musculaire sans surcharger les tissus en guérison. En performance sportive, il peut aussi améliorer l’endurance musculaire et le stress métabolique, en faisant un outil polyvalent pour la réadaptation comme pour l’entraînement
